I ordered from ITV The Weight Loss Cure. I then read serveral veviews online of the book and decided to cancel the order. When I called to cancel they told me I was not able to and would have to return the book and only be refunded 14.95 which is the price of the book less shipping and handling. I received an authorization number. I sent the book back on 10/05/07 per the instructions I was give. So I have paid shipping and handling twice. I called several times to check on the book and was told they had not received it.
On 12/13 the refund was pending processing. I called again on 1/3/08 and told the refund was pending processing. I talked with a customer service person and they told me since it had been in the computer so long they would submit to a supervisor's attention to add to the priority list. I called again on 1/21 and was told the refund was pending processing. The person tried to tell me the same as on 1/3 but I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. I was told they were in a meeting so he put me to a voice mail of a manager named Ken.
I have left my contact information for them to call me about the refund. I just wanted to file a complaint since I am tired of waiting for my money and I also feel I should be refunded the shipping and handling.
I hope that some government agency or something like that will shut this guy down along with itv.
