Consumer Network Services called me back in November promising me two credit cards if I would let the deduct 149.50 twice from my checking account.
I made arrangements for that to happen and was promise the credit cards with in two weeks after full payment.
On dec 18th I recievced a box in the mail containing Books on how to repair my credit and CD'S.
There was NO CREDIT CARDS. I called the company and was told to call the 1-800 numbers on the sheet of paper and i would recievce the credit cards.
I called both companies credit card companies and both said they did not know of the Comsumer Credit Services and I could not get credit cards with out fill out a application and going thru the aproval center.
I called the company back and got the address and informed them I would be sending there things back and wanted a full refund.
After waiting 4 weeks I started calling about my refund. Most of the time I call it was busy or an answering machine came on.
January went by, Feburary I wrote a letter to six on your side and never heard from them. Then I wrote to Attorney General Office and recieved a letter back from them and they were going to contacted the company.
On March 5 I recievced my money Back. But it took a lot of phone called and writing Letters to get it back. This Company is a Ripoff AND I don't trust them*.
