Just an update. I contacted Paypal and they are investigating the company. You need to call them and set up a dispute and then they said if you receive anything (such as a mousepad) make sure you accept it and not send it back. You should immediately contact them if you receive anything or don't receive anything within 10 days. They told me that if the seller does not send the merchandise ordered, they will refund my money. They know there is a problem and they are working on it.
