I placed a web order for designer shoes and recieved a cheap mousepad instead.in going through the Paypal dispute process, I've been told by PayPal that I'm eligible for a refund if I send back the mousepad to the following address: baiyunqu luochongwei gaoqiaodajie2hao, guangzhoushi, Guangdong Province 510160 China
Seriously. The mousepad isn't worth the postage, and I suspect the address is fraudulent as well. I am disappointed — to say the least — that Paypal doesn't better protect its customers from fraud.incidentally, I googled the company name prior to completing my purchase and did not find any negative reviews. Since then, I have googled it and many complaints have been registered through many boards. All report an identical experience to mine. The site for angeleshoestore.com and baoshoes.com and shoesmallbaba.com are no longer active, but may be operating under additional names. Watch for a tag line at the bottom of upscale shoe sites that says "fashion it is the art." Please watch out; Paypal does not provide adequate resolution or protection.
