Paid for two (2) pair of shoes. One pair is defective and the other is not the color I ordered. I email the company to inform them. They stated the shoes can not be returned or my money refunded.
I called Birkenstock toll free number (800-867-2475) to file a complaint and they informed me that this not one of their company's.
