My wife ordered one can only over the phone. We received a credit card charge for $79.84. Called customer service waited 1/2 hour on the phone. Told they would refund $9.95. Argued with rep and her supervisor for 1 hour. They said product "already shipped". (Said cans sold only as a pair. Not according to their advertisement.) Requested return of $49.84 for second order. Told I would have to pay for the return shipment. Request pre paid labels. Told "upper management would have to approve" unable to speak with "upper mgt" because they probably don't exist. Told request would be sent up through the system. Not holding my breath. What goverment agency regulates this sort of scam and how do I file an offical complaint.
