Funding Assurance charged my checking account a $30 fee that I knew nothing about and my bank charged me $32 fee because of insufficient funds in the account. I called the number listed for the company and was told it was a one time application fee for a loan (didn't know I filled out an application for a loan and do not want a loan). I was put on hold and no one ever came back on the line. This makes me very angry and if they bill my account again I will file a complaint with the BBB and anyone else I can think of.
