On July 13th, I won a motorcycle in an online auction and on July 15th, I paid for the vehicle. After nearly a month of spotty, terrible communication and excuses as to why the vehicle had not arrived, this "business" informed me that they had made a mistake and sold the motorcycle to another party. I asked for a refund and they informed me that it might take a couple of days as they had already SPENT my money on other items, operating costs, services, products, goods, etc. It has now been several weeks further and communication has gotten even worse. I now send handfuls of emails a day and receive one response a week, promising various dates of refunding payment. This is a terrible company who is either incompetent, understaffed, corrupt, or all of the above.
