I sent my gold in to prestigegoldbuyers in May and I never heard back from them and. I called numerous times and they said they are back-logged because of a huge number of packages of gold being sent in. After calling about 5 times, I threatened to contact the BBB and they said they had sent another check and cancelled the first one they supposedly sent. I never received a check—bunch of liars
