The online ad stated that if I mailed in my pieces of unwanted gold and jewelry, they would process and make me an offer. If I did not accept their offer they would send my merchandise back and send me a thirty dollar check for giving them a chance to win my business.
I called two weeks later after mailing, and reminded them that their brochure stated they would do a 24 hour check mailing after it was processed. I was told that they had received my package and it was in processing. This was on 7/21.
On 8/03, I was told my package was being processed in Florida and they would send an email ASAP. I called again on 8/08,8/10,8/15,8/30, and 9/27each time I was told the same thing except for the last time when I was told that they were under new management and they would get to me as soon as possible. It is now October and I have not received any comment, offer, check, or my merchandise back. I called the telephone number again on today 10/20, and the number is disconnected. How about that!
