I used Intelius' people-search feature, which is supposed to be free. Later, I noticed they were charging me $19.98 per month on my credit card, as a "service charge." When I called them about it, I got a vague description and a promise to cancel future charges. What do you bet they'll "forget" to cancel those charges?
