I just happened to look at the account activity for my checking account and noticed that I have been getting a $19.95 withdrawal on my account for the last 15 months promptly on the 18th of every month. I never authorized these charges but didn't notice it because I don't typically look at the balance on this particular account. I'm calling the bank and the company immediately, but I want my money back for all the months that this has been going on!
