I ordered my dress and it was meant to arrive in 30 days, it did not arrive until 45 days later. Upon arrival, it was terrible, fake, cheap and not made to the measurements I'd provided. I sent it back that day for a 'full refund'. They recieved the dress on the 23rd June and I am still waiting for my refund. I am pestering them everyday but they seem to have gone silent. PAYPAL is also not being of any assistance despite there being several complaints made about this company.
