I met this lady on internet, she promised me to marry me, her bank in Ghana contacted me and emailed me re-her inheritance of 3.5mil$ and i have to pay fees to release the funds, when i had paid all the fees all communication sropped, and am told that the bank is a scam.international commercial bank of Ghana
