I paid my cox cable bill on the cox web site and when i checked my bank acct. They had actually taken out of my acct. 2 payments of $213.72. Not knowing this immediatly, i paid the rest of my bills on line too, and it ended up overdrafting my acct. So i ended up paying a fee because of that. I have called cox and talked to about 10 different people there that claimed they would take care of the problem. My very next bill showed a credit for 1 of the payments, and then it showed they were charging the same amount again. I never got any credit or reimbursements from cox, and still cant get them to fix the problem they caused. I just got a bill today, and now its for $613.68. Last month they shut my cell phone off, and i told them to shut my cable and internet off to, but it is still on, and they are still charging me for it.
