I failed to receive all my reprints, 96 were missing, but the negatives had been returned. I had to resend the negatives and explained to Liz (1-866-720-photo) that I now was in a bind because I needed to get the reprints to Germany quicker than if I had mailed them when the reprints were supposed to be received. Liz said she would send the reprints back to me overnight mail and if I wanted she could send them to Ger. From their lab straight. I needed to put identification on these reprints, So I needed to have them first. She said she would reimburse me for postage from my house expedited mail to Ger. After a month, she refused the reimbursement. I had sent the postal receipt. She went back on her word. It is one thing to make a mistake about failing to send the reprints to me originally, but how a company corrects the mistake is the true nature of that company.
