I had problems scanning 2 very special family photos (dated 1985 and 1995) we have lost 3 members of the family but one of those was so special of everybody I wanted 4 reprints made for my kids - but I needed a copyright release - I made 2 calls, but Mary took time to talk to these pertinent people and was able to get a release faxed so I was able to have her scan those photos for me - and while she was so busy with 'my' issue, she was still helping other customers - A very impressive employee, focused on customer service for everybody.
