I found out that on 8/9, this company took 30.00 from my bank account without permission. This transaction caused my account to become overdrawn. A neg balance charge of 25.00 per week is charged to my account along with overdraft charges of 33.00. When I contacted them regarding this matter, I was given the runaround and then a so called superviser also told me that I would receive a refund, which I never recieved.
