I called Mycleanpc to get help with a error that came up on my pc.
The Tech took over my pc and did some kind of shut down on it and I was unable to get my pc back up. I called them back and the lady said that they will not help me stating that I already had my one time call. I told her that the tech shut my system down and she would not help me at all she shut me down. Well I wound up going into town and buying a new hard drive and when I asked for a partial refund back she said that I was not going to get one. I have had this product but only around 60 days or less. If anyone should ever ask me about this product, I will tell them to go and get a sledge hammer and take care of your computer on your own and save the $150.00 plus the middleman.
