I saw an ad on TV that MyCleanPC.com would find the reason your pc is running slow, freezing, etc. I went to the web site and was told I had thousands of errors, viruses (I have a virus scanner already) and other problems on my pc. I called the number to fix and they said for $199.00 a tech could make my computer run like new and it was 100% money back guarantee. I signed up and paid an extra $14.95 for the original scan. My computer was never slower, froze, and I had pop ups like NEVER before. I ran the scan after the technician was suppose to have taken care of everything and it said I still had all of these "errors". My IT at work said they were a scam. I went home and took all of their programs off of my computer and it runs better than ever! I called to cancel my membership and get a refund of the $213.95. Thye COULD NOT give me a refund unless I bought more software.
