Ok so signed up for a free trial, stupidly gave them company number, and took a look on the same day and cancelled by email. Recieved an email back saying oh sorry about that sorry you're leaving, but we hope the rest of the trial will change your mind. No says i, no good for us, we are a small company, this is not for us.
I have cancelled, is this enough or is there something else i should do? I asked them. Nothing... So, on the 12th august, lots of emails between me and the company. Then, 5 days later, after i stopped checking the email account for an answer, thinking i had cancelled, we get a letter thru the post... A bill for £695... Our years subscription!!! Tried to cancel, they said it will run out for next year, but in the meantime, where is our six hundred quid!!! Scam is; you have to opt out of the trial if you don't want the contract... They don't believe in their company any more than i do, they have to trick people into buying it. I would be surprised if anyone uses it at all!!! Scammmmmmerssss!!!
