Phillip Norton of Norton Business Concept received 400.00 dollars to write a grant for me and three of my sponsored companies. A contact was written 7/14 and we have'nt heard anything since 8/13. We were informed by him he just got out of jail, and was in jail eight day, but will call me within a hour. Still have'nt heard anything I've called everyday, on respond.
