E careful! If u call and they tell you they will credit your account (usually 7-10 business days), don't be surprised if you see another $39.95 charge with a bogus cancellation confirmation in your email. A common practice is to assure you of a refund, but what is happening is they may very well be rolling your acct # to another bogus business and charge from that "subscription". Best advice: go to your bank and file an affidavit against the "company". It is free of charge usually, and your money will be returned within a couple days. Then get a new card and #, because your current number and card has already been very compromised!
