I never received an email or phone call or anything prior to an unauthorized charge being placed on my credit card by Webhostingpad.com, Inc. I bever received a RECEIPT for the charge - not in email, not in the postal mail. I only knew the first thing about this unauthorized charge a month after it was placed on my credit card when I received my credit card statement. They did not even have the courtesy to notify me of anything due) because there was nothing due!) - they just CHARGED MY CARD with some BOGUS charge and they are keeping my credit card on file for no apparent reason! I have never authorized them to retain my credit card information for ANY REASON and there is no way for me to have my card removed but to report it stolen and get a whole new account number that they will not have! Don;t so business with this outfilt - seems they have some reports of this practice listed on the Better Business Bureau site as well. They make it right to stay in good standing with the BBB, but it took me a full MONTH to find this charge on my credit card statement and it cost me some extra interest since they didn;t even have the copmmon courtest to sent me a receipt for the charge when they charged it so I could dispute it before 30 days went by!
