We got a phone call saying that we had won a government grant and this guy told us that in order to receive the $5,000 we had to make a security deposit at western union to India and that we would receive our money about 15 or 20 minutes after we deposited the $190 we waited and they never deposited no money then we called the guy back and he said he would see what was going on then he said we had to pay some type of taxes about $400 so we decided to just leave it like that we tried getting our money back but we couldn't
