My son bought a transmission 4L60e from this man he guaranteed it to be in working order. My son paid cash. When he brought the transmission home he took the pan off and water poured out of it he loaded the transmission up to take it bad to get a refund. My son had transmission back to Dewaynes in 1-2 hours. Dewayne told him he no longer had the money, but would try to get it. We have tryed to call this man he will not call us or anwser his phone to us. This trnamission cost my son 250.00 and since Dewaynes has my sons money he has been drunk and told him he was not going to get his money back. He said he had the money in his pocket but he was not giving him a refund when he called and informed me of this he was drunk slured speech. This man opened this little shop because he could not stay employed. I have wrote him a letter of demand for payment and waiting. I would like to file a judgment on him but I no he wont pay unless i proceed with the judgment to the end.
