Well similar to other peoples complaints, I had the EXACT SAME experience ordering two pairs of shoes!!! I filed a case with paypal, and paypal ruled in THEIR FAVOR!!! They sent me a mousepad from Logitech and I sent it back and they claimed they "never got it" so paypal refused to refund my money! I feel like Paypal was worthless in this case!
