I was advised that I had won a laptop computer and all had to do pay was the shipping and handling charges of $19.95. This began about 15 weeks ago when I was promised delivery within 4 to 6 weeks. I contacted them at least 3 times and was assured I would be receiving my laptop shortly. I am still waiting.
