They actually charged me 3 times on my credit card today, $25, $75 and $200. The third time was detected by my chase card and was denied. My credit card sent me an alarm email, I checked my account online, saw there another 2 pending transactions from CCBill.com. I also denied to pay both of them and canceled my credit card at once.
