Called for them to assist in my moving expenses because my husband and I are disabled with a limited amount of income and we have three children in school, one in 4th grade, one in 7th and one in 9th grade. We were wanting help to get back down to Florida where are family is located and we thought they may be able to help us with expenses. But all I agreed to was the DVD for $2.97 for that DVD and no more money. They did ask me if I agree on the terms and conditions but they did not explain to me that the terms and conditions also meant that that $57.93 would be taken out in the verbal conversation, which is very misleading. I told them I did not want any more money taken out of my account. What can be done and how can these kind of companies be stopped???
