Called Once, $14 Monthly Charge Became $48 Per Month

Called JustAnswer.com ONCE April 15. By the way they could not give me a correct answer. I have had a protracted illness and had not checked my e-mail carefully.
Today, I am checking e-mail and what was supposed to be 14.00 per month is now 48.00 per month.
