I was unable to pay for an order of "consecutive" DVD's. I received the first two, then the "account" went delinquent. Several months later I received a phone call from an independent collection company (maybe in India). I was told I had to pay, and if I did the DVD's would continue to be sent. I paid, yet never received another DVD.
