I had pay all my payments up to my 12 on my 13 payment i had a family emergency and ended not paying it i call and call wondering why i had not received my laptop. Customer services would just tell that it was in the shipping department and it would go out soon. Until i reached a senior customer service agent he told me that since I missed my 13 'consecutive' payment my laptop would not be send.
I would have to start all over again until I made 13 'consecutive' payments. Last week i made my 13 'consecutive' payment, i my made the order in march and till this day i have not received my laptop or my money.
