Here i am reviewing from a public connection since mine has been down since 4 days ago. My service is a wireless internet cable tv combo so i have had neither since then. Spoke with a really f-in incompetent customer support for the past 3 days, who can do nothing but place incorrect work orders like the highly untrained apes they are. Finally managed to get someone out yesterday, but turns out was the WRONG serviceman, this dude was only assigned to work on an OUTSIDE problem, when really its my modem that isn't working properly, as he found out. So i call back and am on the line for hours with this rep who barely has any f-in clue what he's doing says that i never had an appt for yesterday in the first place. So im transferred to the expediting dept to try and get someone out to resolve the problem by last night, but that was unsuccessful also. So im on the line picking apart this moron who has no idea what he's talking about til i finally get an appt scheduled for today from noon-4. Why will i not be surprised when they send another OUTSIDE technician? Total jokes, can't handle something as simple as putting in the correct work order without f'ing it up. So pathetic. Don't like the game of back of forth over and over? Don't get at&t.
