I boughta pair of earrings for mmother's nurse. When i gave it to the nurse, she open the little box and one of the earrings was missing a stone. I took it back to the place where i got them the next day to exchange it or get my money back. The man who sold it to me didn't want to change it or give my money back. He said why should i lose money. You broke it when i didn't even open i. He acted very agressive when i put the box with the earrings on the counter he through it back to me and called the next costomer and ignored and embarrass me in from of everyone that was there, which were only the men that work there for him. I told him that i was going to call the police, and he said to me call whoever you want. What are they going to do to me. I called the police. The police officer told me that the only thing to do was to go to court or make a complaint to consumer affairs. When the police officer left i realized that i needed to have the address to file a comlpaint. I came back to the place and a man came very agressive cursing at me, telling me leave this place right now. I am the owner of this place. Closed the door on my face. Colling me names and told me you peace garbage, go and get a job. Very very agressive. I felt very insulted. I left the place and cried, because i couldn't defend myself. I thought of callin my husband or my son, to see if he was going to fight and insult a man the way he did it to me. A few minutes later i thought this is america. There is a law. This should not happen again to anybody else. I felt so bad that someone abused me and i couldn't do any thing. I was upset for the abuse the way someone insulted me, using bad language. Looking at me as if he was going to hit me.
