I renewed my contract with MagicJack for five years. They erroneously charged me for 15 years. Who would want to do that? I was credited the two years charges back, they shut off my service and kept the $73.31. After numerous "chats", they get ugly and hang up on us. The last chat number was LTK55405026942X and the name was Xander. They keep telling me to check with my bank. Well, no bank was involved. This was on AmericanExpress cc. Please help.
