I have had MagicJack for two years. The audio of incoming calls and voicemail is extremely distorted after I renewed the contract for another year. MONTHS of chats have not repaired the problem. Voicemail is a problem on THEIR end. Voicemail is distorted on any computer I use to retrieve it anywhere. MagicJack will not repair it and claims it is my problem with my computer, router, modem, broadband speed, firewall, antivirus, etc. The VOICEMAIL is distorted whether I retrieve it here, at work, at the neighbors house or at the library. They are not providing service I paid for. Who regulates phone companies like this?
