Was sent letters numerious, of times, claiming I won money, if I send a fee, im poor and that isnt right

They have been sending me alot of mail claiming I can recieve large amounts of money, only if I send them a fee, ranging from 20dollars and up, im poor, and its not fair for them to try and rip people off that are poor, they have the documents looking so legit. And im not only concerned for myself, but others as well. Especially the ederly.
