Dream Team Subscriptions/Pacific Coast Clearing Services
Consumer Report

The company had young sellesperson by the name of Eric Wentzloff (Distributor #134) who walked into our community knocked at my door claiming that he would get points for scholaship if I buy newspaper, books or magazines of my choice. I decided to give the young man opportunity to get good points for scholarship as well as buying science books for the foster care center I worked with because am a foster parent also to give opportunity of science education to teenage foster kids in our care. I paid $57.00 for a set of books and $15.00 proccessing fees. After couple of days I called to have pccsonline to confirm receipt of money as well as to follow up on delivery of books to the center, I got through and talked to someone (a lady) on the otherside of the phone. After some months have passed I asked the foster care agency center if there was any delivery of science books I ordered, the reply was not and this situation is the same todate. To follow up, I called the Pacific Coast Clearing Services which is contracted by dream Team subscriptions just to find out that they could not even take my phone and that the message on their answering machine is asking me to call the next day (tomorrow) because of their huge call volume. These reasons coupled with what I just read online makes me feel that they scammed me and the foster kids I wanted to help so bad. Any help to retrieve the money will be highly appreciated because I can still put the money into better use in the future. Thanks JBR (will provide my full name should it be needed)
