IGennie Technical Support team telephoned me. They told me they were working alongside microsoft. They were meant to 'clean up' my computer. A while after, I had over 600 Registry errors. I contacted microsoft. They told me they had not heard of iGennie and no company associated with them would telephone me. I again telephone iGennie, who were not at all happy that I had contacted Microsoft. Therefore I feel that I have been scammed out of £139.99, as my computer has not ran any faster or more efficient!
