I paid $379 us for a internet security called micro trend for 3 year's with igennie tech support. So they turn around igennie and take's micro trend away from me what i paid for and put's a free program called microsoft security don't forget i didn't pay for that. I paid for micro trend. So i had to pay for micro trend out of my money not including the $379 igennie took from me. Micro trend i paid $97 separate. So i asked for my money back from igennie because they aren't giving me what i paid for. They say this. Sorry my friend your money is not refundable. Igennie service suck's they are not professional at all they sound like a bunch of indian's off the boat working from there bed room's and running scam's. So i called the f.B. I they couldn't do nothing and all i have left is speaking the truth and letting every one no to be care full of igennie tech support they are a internet scam fraud cult...
