I had ordered from CP Direct for two months, and called two weeks ago to cancel the automatic shipments. Yes, I was able to get through on the 1-800-421-2383 number by some stroke of fate. Today, however, I saw ANOTHER charge on my credit for the amount, but the company was listed as GTIMS Disc Program.
I called my credit card company and they gave me a number for this: 1-800-305-5032. You call and get the same opening message as the order line, except that it says it is the corporation headquarters. It then says press the extension you are looking for, or dial 0 for the operator. Haha, funny thing is that dialing 0 doesn't work. So then, in my frustration, I just started dialing anything three numbers. I dialed extension 105 and was put through to an operator. She told me that I had been billed because my order "was in queue" before I cancelled the shipments.
She informed me that my card would be credited and I wouldn't receive future shipments. My credit card company says I need to wait and see if my account is credited. If it isn't within ten days, I can then file an investigation with the company. The trick is - CALL 1-800-305-5032 and dial extension 105 or any other that goes through. Try to get them that way! I hope this works for all of us!
