Horrible customer service

After installing the direct path internet at my apartment, it stopped working on the second day. The technician was told to come between 2-6 P.M. For which I took time off to be home. However, he came an hour early and left a note. This happened repeatedly for 2 more times until I discontinued service. Horrible Customer Service. DO NOT SELECT THIS SERVICE unless you want to be disappointed repeatedly.
