While I write the rant, I am on hold with Sears Customer service going on 15 minutes. I have a washer covered under their warrantee. First time out they could not identify any problem and of course the next time I used the machine I get the same error codes. I then made another appt. From 1 oclock-5 oclock and at 4:45 they call to cancel and reschedule. Today they were supposed to be out between 8-12 and guess what at 11 they call to say they will be late. It is now 1:30 and after being on hold for 20 minutes they just the line went dead. How does Sears intend to "make it right"? I have now missed 3 1/2 days of work and still do not have a washer that works...
