I purchased a 30-day trial supply of nutriional pills from Almarax with a 14day cancellation option from the date of shipment, followed with auto renewal of product delivery on a monthly basis. My ship date was the 21st of Aug. I received the product on the 25th of August. On the 1st of August my paypal account was automatically charged for a full month supply. This was prior to the end of the 14day trial offer! CCBilling, net refuses to refund my $69.95 stating that the trial offer began on the 18th of July when credit card info was taken, not the 21st when product was shipped as I was told over the phone by Almarax agent. I contacted alamrax on the 4th when I noted my account tapped for the $69.95 and they emailed me they had no control over the billing and I would have to contact CCBiling direct! Now Almarax will not respond and CCBiling is claiming different dates for the 14day trial period, and I am out $69.95 for a product I did not authorize purchase of as I was led to believe I was still in the 14 day trial period.
