I called the tone de tox, company talked to a jean told her i never received a free trial and called several times, and still never received the item, and as i called and told them, i was charged 79.99 unexpectidly and i did not have enough money in that account so i was charged an overdraft fee, as i called them again today and told them that i did not receive the trial offer to see if i like to cancel or continue i was told by jean a representative that i am going to be charged anyway because of the trial days of 15 is done even though i did not receive the trial offer, and as i asked for a supervisor i was told none are available i continued to state i would like a supervisor which went on for about 5 minutes and finally they got a supervisor named kelly garcia whom stated the same thing it is your responsibility to call us and tell us that you want to cancel the item, and again i stated if i never received it how can i tell you if i want it or not? And this continued for 15 minutes. I work for a local radio station and could give this company good props but they werent willing to work with me so i guess there name in North east PA will be in the dumps, as i will not recommend this product or company to anyone.
