I placed an order for the 14 day trial of the Prado e-cig starter kit with 20 refill cartridges for $7.98 from this site, http://www.smokefreely.com on April 5, received product (minus the 20 cartridges besides the ten in the starter kit) on the 8th of April.
In the terms of use site http://www.smokefreely.com/terms_of_use / it says nothing of returning the product within the 14 days and that you need to call back and get this RMA number or they won't accept any returns, they charge your account the full amount if it is not returned within the 14 days. You cannot just call and cancel your trial only for the monthly refills, and there is no refund just an exchange.
The fourteen day trial starts the day you order, not the day you received it so you don't get a full 14 day trial.
