'Smoke Freely' Contraindicated/negated/eliminated promotional values/cost on ordering page with a hidden addendum on bottom of ordering page only

My debit card was charged $9.95 as per 'free' promotional offer on March 23rd. I rec'd the product March 26th. None of the Companys' web-pages contained the words 'Terms and Conditions' (on the bottom of the page) but the checkout page. All of the advertising information leading to checkout implied a literally 'Free Trial' (except shipping charges).
