LivingSocial business won't accept voucher as they are "too busy"- & Livingsocial won't refund. - Phil's Window Cleaning

We brought a Clean 10 window's voucher back in Feb & called the company to out & clean.in the first case they were too busy. When we finaly booked an appointment they didn't show. I don't think we are going to see anythig for our investment & I expect the voucher will run out before thy fulfil the order.
