I was scheduled to up-grade VERIZON Service from FIOS Double Freedom Service (Telephone and INTERNET) to full Telephone, INTERNET and TELEVISION Service. No one showed up. When I called the next day to find out WHY? I was told "I had no Order Number. I don't know where I was supposed to get an Order Number if they - VERIZON - did give me one. So I cancelled VERIZON Service and made other arrangements.
On Nov. 11th, I received letter "Recently you disconneted your VERIZON service, etc."
Then I received a Bill marked FINAL BILL which was paid 11/09. I also received another Bill marked REVISED FINAL BILL, which was also paid, but recovered thru my MasterCard account. I also received letter from a Collection Agency for account of VERIZON which I paid when assured it would be a FINAL BILL.
I am still, to this date - 8/9 - getting monthly Bills, each larger than the privious month.
I'm going to seek legal redress for this Harrassment. I may also seek Damages.
